Nestled down in front of the Sussex Downs, and set within the charming Village of East Preston, which is a favourite seaside holiday retreat and has a range of café bars, restaurants and traditional public houses as well as small shops covering all needs. 


The beach is just over half a mile away so easily reached on foot, the village shops are also just a short stroll away. Angmering train station is close by at under half a mile distance and has a direct link to London Victoria within 1 hour 30 minutes and to Gatwick in under 1 hour.
